2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.

3. Platform Use

Aureon provides tools for profiles, challenges, projects, hiring workflows, messaging, and rankings. You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Manipulating rankings, engagement signals, or application processes.
• Posting malicious, infringing, or deceptive content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Aureon a license to host, process, and display your content for platform operations and product functionality.

6. Jobs, Applications, and Interviews

Aureon is a platform facilitator and is not a party to employment contracts between users and hiring organizations. Final hiring decisions remain with hiring teams.

7. Elmas, Leaderboards, and Badges

Scoring and ranking systems are platform features and may change. Aureon may adjust or revoke points/badges in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm platform integrity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aureon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almareem Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Aureon.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
